From the appraisal, to listing, to buyer interaction right up to closing, Mark was there making recommendations and offering suggestions. It was a pleasure dealing with Mark, he is experienced and very efficient, we did not have to worry about him not following through on our questions to seller and he lined everything up without us having to chide him to get it done. The whole purchase went flawlessly and we are so happy with his efficiency, that we contracted him to sell our home that we reside in currently. We are confident that he will be upfront with his comments about our home so that we could sell in a reasonable amount of time.

Mark explained everything to us in easy to grasp detail. He used our comments about each property that we saw to better understand our wants and needs, and tailor subsequent showings to those needs. He was extremely effective in negotiating with the sellers to get us our home at a good and fair to all price.
